Register for the 2025 School Law Conference

Register for the 2025 School Law Conference

Education Minnesota is a proud co-sponsor of the annual Minnesota School Law Conference, a unique event that brings together lawyers and advocates for school districts, educators, unions and students to discuss the latest developments in education law and school policy in our state.

This year's conference will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at the Minnesota CLE center in downtown Minneapolis. Education Minnesota attorneys will be presenting on topics including Minnesota's new paid family and medical leave law, artificial intelligence in schools, recent Supreme Court decisions on parental opt-outs and how Minnesota schools are responding to federal funding cuts and challenges to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

See the conference brochure.

Cost: The cost for Education Minnesota members to attend the conference in-person is $165. Since the conference will occur on a workday for most members, please note that we will also offer a discounted online-only option for members to watch recordings of the sessions and access all written materials for $75. Members who attend in either format will be eligible for CEUs from Education Minnesota.

Registration: Education Minnesota members should register for the in-person or online version of the conference through Education Minnesota first. Once you register, you will receive an email from Allison Cossetta with a special code to register with Minnesota CLE and set up an account to receive session materials. You need to complete both the Eventleaf and MNCLE registrations in order to be able to access the sessions and materials. Please register by Friday, Oct. 31.

If you have questions about registration, please contact Allison Cossetta via email or at 651-292-4863.
